Riku wanted to resist, but his stomach gave a loud agreement that food was indeed the best plan. Besides, the Prince wanted tea. "It was fine, Sora," Riku murmured, pressing another kiss behind the Prince's ear before finally crawling out of bed. "Your Aunt the Lady Princess guided me. She is truly a remarkable woman."
Riku wandered over to the door, not even bothering to dress presentably now. The guards by now knew that he would have gone straight to bed to care for the Prince. He left an order for lunch and tea with them, and then returned to the Prince and their bed.
"She has suggested a young Lord Ryder to my court, if there is to be one," Riku said, snuggling back up with the Prince. "She wishes that he get to know me before anything is made official."
