"He and the Prince seem... close," Corin settled for. "Though the Prince tells me himself that Riku has only recently come to Trabia." Yes, he was fishing to see what she might tell him about Riku being called 'companion' and how she and he were separated, if she felt comfortable with either of those subjects. Riku lifted his head a little to look at the Prince. "Really?" he asked. Impressed? There was so much he'd missed on, being taken away from Trabia so young. He'd been put back far on learning to read, write, fight, and had never taken up a trade. "How is it," he mused, rolling over onto his back to better look at the Prince, and pull him into his arms, "That you always have a way of looking on the bright side of life when it seems so gray for me, but when it is your own troubles you have a difficult time finding the light if I'm not there to hold it for you?"
