"that can be arranged right away," Sora replied. Well, he'd have it arranged right now anyway. He couldn't stop to think really thoroughly about it, he just had to act. He didn't REALLY have time to escort the soldier all around personally. He definitely needed to prepare an announcement to be read at dinner, and had to find his Aunt and Sister and Riku and give them the news, so they could be prepared. (He was kind of excited to tell Riku, no lie.)
The Prince turned to the guard that was left with him. "I want all four of my guard to meet us in the throne room immediately," he told the guard. They were the direct link to the Prince should the Trabians need anything and couldn't seem to locate Conrad. "Find Sir Mathews, and send him to me at once." He could use Abe to run errands for the visiting soldier for the time being. Now who would be best to talk military with him while Conrad was busy? There were four Captains under Conrad so... "Also summon Captain Barkley. All to the throne room."
"If you would follow me?" The Prince gestured the way as soon as the guard had run off. He didn't hesitate to begin feeding the soldier information. "We are housing several hundred nobility, near one thousand common people and several hundred servants here at the stronghold, mostly women, children, and elderly. The soldiers number near five hundred. So far we have seen no fighting, as we are still unsure if Galbadia knows our exact position or if they intend to attack at all." He directed them towards the throne room, the packet of papers still in his hand.
