I discovered Neutrogena Skin Clearing makeup. It comes in liquid, compact, powder and concealer and it is amazing. For maximum coverage I would suggest the concealer and the oil-free compact foundation. The coverage is very good, it stays on for hours plus and this is BIG, the makeup contains salicylic acid which treats and prevents acne. So you should also have less breakouts.

I tend to wear powder over it, but it is not necessary.

BTW I found that wearing minerals powder/makeup like Bare Essentials over liquid foundation also works for coverage and it does not break down as quickly.
