That last post is getting long and confusing with all the many comments, so:

- start date or just jump in when you feel like it?
- do people have definite answers yet for who they're keeping/dropping and who they're putting on hold?


My current thinking is:
start with - Alex, Valentina, Yakov, Evan, Romilda, Lucy, Glenys
to come later - Jade, Luke, Dean, Mel, Sally, Rachel, Myron, Barney
drop - Lee

but I could move Barney or Luke into the first group, dependent on other people (Samir, Sean/Zoe)
