Who: Tessa Sinclair-Wood & Ryu Taylor What: Desperately looking for a cure Where: The Library When: Wednesday - Just after the potions class fiasco Rating: PG I presume...PG-13 is she lets some language slip Status: INCOMPLETE
Tessa stumbled over to the table in the library with her tower of books. She dropped them with a loud thump as they tumbled and scattered about. Tessa was furious and full of anxiety. She was more anxious than furious, in fact. The anger came out mostly as a front to cover the anxiety she was feeling. For the first time in her life Tessa was unable to change her physical appearance. The potion that she had made with Ophelia was perfect, but when they drank it the change was immediate. She was instantly standing in a male body. Tessa tried to feel the change and shift back into her other form, but she couldn't. Somehow the potion was blocking whatever chemical genealogical reaction occurs when she changes herself. She pulled her wand and charmed her pants to be a bit bigger to fit her better before she ran out of the room. She went straight up to the library, thankful that she had worn pants today instead of her skirt. The typical robe that Hogwarts students wore over their clothes was a blessing today since it covered the state of her awkwardly stretched clothes beneath.
In the library Tessa ran to multiple sections to help her find a cure. She grabbed a couple of potions books, charms books, and books she found on magical abilities that would tell her if she could put her metamorphmagus abilities into hyperdrive somehow to combat this change. Tessa looked through three potions books before she even found one that had the potion listed inside. It had no counter-potion listed, however, and this just made Tessa slam the book shut and push it away so hard that it slid right off the table and plummeted to the floor. A distant shush sounded from somewhere in the library but the poor girl trapped in a male body did not care to be quiet. Her bubbly nature was lost and her need to have everything in order was screaming at her, telling her there was something drastically wrong at the moment and it needed to be fixed...but how? Tessa put her head in her man hands and shook the tears that were threatening to burst from her eyes away. She needed to fix this...and just as she was reaching for another book in front of her to find a solution, Tessa heard someone walking toward her and looked up at the stranger. She didn't know if this was just someone she didn't know, or if it was a friend who had been changed as well. "Can I help you," she said and quickly covered her mouth, horrified at the male voice which had come from her.
