Rolling his eyes as Pip flipped him off, Tommy followed his classmate inside. He pursed his lips when Pip called him out, but he couldn't exactly argue. He had seen them before, but they weren't something he had ever given more thought to. They were a mode of transport, that was as much as he knew. Why would he need to know more, when he had the Floo Network available to him? Still, he listened intently as Pip spoke, although he turned his gaze away from the other boy once again in order to look around the garage.
A car. The name sounded weird to him. Something so short for an object so large. He took a moment to really examine the thing - without getting too close, of course - before asking, "Do they break often?" Certainly, they must, if there was an entire profession dedicated to fixing them.
