Fandom PSLs

I've got Joan Watson from Elementary. I'd love a Sherlock, but since they’re basically unicorns I'd also be very happy with a cross-canon psl. Crime shows (Hannibal, etc) or medical shows (The Pitt, etc) would be especially fun given Joan’s detective / former surgeon background. I'm happy to plot connections (cases, hospital ties from her surgeon days, past history, etc.). If that sounds like fun, feel free to comment or dm!
