Oh, it was Thomas. Vaan smiled, though it was a pretty feeble attempt, and leaned on his elbows. "Perhaps some water?" he asked, knowing full well that it wouldn't do much. Though he didn't need to eat or drink, Vaan still liked to think that it at least made him feel a bit better.
"Sorry, I'm just a bit frustrated is all," he said in apology, drumming his finger tips on the bar. He hated anyone to think him rude, Thomas most of all, and tried to look a bit more interested in things.
