Edric did not mind the slightest bit when it came to people talking passionately about something they enjoyed or were familiar with. He liked it, or more specifically how their faces lit up with joy and merriment, especially on the ones who had an eternal frown on their faces. It made him feel happy, smiling was infectious.
"It will be harder, but not impossible. The fish are still there, though they are more reluctant to move. With experience, you eventually find out the secret to winter fishing--using the correct bait." Edric cocked his head in thought, "In the winter months, you will need to use better bait, to entice the fish into moving. They won't just go for anything. The only thing I would not enjoy is the waiting."
Waiting for fish to rise to the bait in the winter cold was not something he was looking forward to. However, Molly looked so happy. Besides, how could he abandon the prospect of Zachary cooking fish?
