This was certainly an unexpected development, and Owen was quiet as he considered it. Why would the prince not have been made the king yet? Owen knew Charles, of course- perhaps more than many others did- and, yes, he could be immature sometimes, but regardless of that, becoming the king was his birthright! He had no doubt that the queen had her own motives, but the whole thing just seemed very unsettling. "I can imagine so," he admitted, quietly.
