"So is yours," Gabby admitted, looking ahead of them once more as they walked. "Will you return to the castle when we get back to Greenville?" She realized, then, that she didn't quite know where to go. She didn't think she wanted to go back to the empty house. Perhaps she'd stay at the shop; it wasn't any less lonely, but at least it was smaller. She didn't know yet, but there was time to make such decisions later.
