"I was walking before," Owen replied, offering the faintest of smiles, "and thanks to your remedies, my lady, I am feeling better than I have in some time. Walking will not be a problem." He was still sore, certainly, but it was nothing that he would complain about. (Owen was, admittedly, not looking forward to the healer's examination upon his return to the castle.)
He stood near the horse as Gabby checked her belongings, shaking his head at her question. "Thank you, but no. I will be fine until we stop for the evening." He'd make himself be fine.
