"Oh, my, that would be slightly hilarious don't you think?" Penny giggled at the mental image of her mother screaming as Lucky tore through the room after some small creature, taking out anything in his path. It would be disastrous, of course, but she certainly could imagine the horror on her mother's face and she couldn't help but find the picture amusing, particularly because she tended to be so excessively dramatic at times.
Penny bit her lip at Gen's reaction to her story. "Oh, isn't it awful?" she gasped. "I mean, she wasn't awful. She was really quite pleasant, more so than I might have expected but goodness, I didn't know what to say! I think I turned twelve different shades of red and stumbled and stuttered over my words but she was very calm and friendly. She liked Copper," she added with a slight giggle.
