Well, technically, it wasn't going to help the woman learn to swim. But that wasn't what she needed to hear right now.
With a rare moment of perception, Molly changed her reply. "It's only the most important component to swimming. I mean, knowing when and how to breathe is kinda key to it all. And you're doing really well. This part is hard because you have to go counter to your instincts. After this it gets easier."
