"That is certainly a blessing," Rena observed. She hadn't been there for the first pregnancy, hadn't witnessed the fear and uncertainty. While there had been a measure of that when Thomas and Bridget had gone missing, it was certain that things were better, safer. "I think this will be a good place to raise a little one," she agreed. She had seen Briget's happiness as she grew up in the pub, well-loved by all. This new baby would have that and more.
Rena smiled slightly at the thought. "Yes, I this baby will be well-loved," she commented. It was an exciting thought, when she considered it. After all, Rena did love babies and she could only hope she would be allowed to be a part of this one's life.
