Rena nodded, rising slowly to her feet, stretching once more. "Wise words," she laughed when Molly suggested that they go to bed, which certainly was a good idea being that Rena had no idea what time it was any longer and it was true the morning would come before they knew it. Such was the reality of working the dinner shift!
"It has been nice, Molly. I look forward to helping you with writing," she said sincerely. "And I thank you for helping me confront my fear of water. It means a great deal to me. I'll see you tomorrow," she said, offering a sincere smile to the woman who was becoming, it seemed, her friend. It was nice to find another friend, another member of the pub family that had become so much a part of Rena's life.
