Molly nodded. She could understand wanting to give the family more space. “My own place would be nice. I guess I was a little spoiled growing up; I had my own room,” which to Molly was the height of luxury. “I never had any siblings, so I’m no good at sharing.”
“Yes. Without any such advice would be best.” Molly really didn’t need someone looking over her shoulder and asking why she wasn’t trying to get any local boys to court her. “Though if you find one with, I don’t know, a recommendation that I spend my time here at the pub learning new stories and how to write well, I suppose I’ll put up with being bossed around.” The lighthearted tone was much better. It made her feel a lot more comfortable.
