It had been a month since Molly had been at the pub- not that Bridget had been counting, or even realized that people marked those sorts of dates- but she had grown used to the woman's presence, and liked having her around. As such, she definitely noticed when Molly had been gone for a few days.
She had been out much of the morning with her mama- they'd been shopping and then had even stopped by the tea shop for lunch!- and but Bridget was excited to be back at the inn for the evening. She hugged her mama goodbye, and was about to skip over to a regular's table when she noticed Molly and quickly changed direction. "Hello, Miss Molly!" she greeted the woman cheerfully.
