Sometimes it still felt as if his whole life had been turned upside down in the past few weeks, but Thomas would easily admit that he'd never been happier. He and Abby were slowly figuring things out- there were still walls to be broken down, but he was diligent, chipping away as he could. Overall, it seemed that things had settled- Bridget was happy, Abby seemed happy, and he- well, he was just glad to see them together. It was right.
After speaking with the staff, Thomas crossed the common room to Abby's table- even if she was quiet, hiding away from everyone else, he made a point to know where she was. Admittedly, he just liked stealing glances in her direction from time to time, for the reminder that yes, she was still there.
Stepping up behind her, Thomas pressed a kiss just to Abby's hair- trying to get a peek at her drawing as he did. "What have we here?"
