I have been given a clean bill of health, which is fortunate as I had no intention of missing a certain Auditore's debut in Fight Club this Friday! I am still not quite myself and will be claiming a prime seat in the audience so that I can see over tall people; I do not want to miss a single thing.

Thank you to everyone who came to see me while I was in the hospital. The flowers are beautiful. And thank you again to my kind neighbors who saw after my sunflower in my yard. I am sure she was worried about me.

Hah! I'm afraid little heroism was involved, for me. Darkspawn tunneled under my house, and I broke my leg attempting to escape them in the rubble. Miss Luna is the hero - she fought her way through the beasts like a true champion and got me to the hospital.

Don't worry at all about your language. In the course of my time as an audience member at Fight Club, I've not only grown mostly immune to it, but have in fact learned to curse in a variety of languages!

	I think anyone who stands against the beasts - however briefly - is very brave. They were truly horrifying, particularly given what they are capable of. But! I never doubted Luna's heroism. I will teach you relevant phrases in the Cainhurst tongue. I am told it is similar to German. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

She's brilliant, isn't she? I already admired her before I owed her my life, and that quite clinched it.

More convergent evolution of language, across universes! Fascinating! I've seen a bit of that here. For instance, some of Mr. Pavus's native language bears a strong resemblance to the tongue I know as Latin, whilst he finds my Scots accent near identical to that of the people in his world's city-state of Starkhaven. I'll be very interested to see if I recognize any Cainhurst curses - or none curse phrases, for that matter. I've been working on my German for the sake of academic reading, and picked up a little non-academic language along the way.

	I am sure that you have many other ways to stay relevant. I took care of many sunflowers at home. They weren't really sunflowers, at least not traditional ones, but I am glad that one followed me here. They are so beautiful, I think. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
