It was likely that if Incy didn't have the patience, the goodwill or the good nature that he had that he probably wouldn't be friends with Rowan right now. He was a difficult kid to get along with if you lacked the patience to keep track of his distracted method of speaking, his disjointed line of thought and his saccharine optimism, something that was lacking at the moment. Innocencio did all that for him anyway.
He nodded and got out the butter and bowls before trying on the bread. "Even if I knew all of them you're still my favourite." he shrugged with a smile. He took the knife to the bread, studied it for a moment and then tried sawing, breadcrumbs going everywhere and the slice starting out skinny at the top and on one side before getting thicker at the bottom at on the other side. "Oh..." he pouted; he was not good at this.
