Who: Cam and Perrie Where: At Perrie's work When: Around noon Why: Because he wants to see her Rating: TBA
Cam had been doing his best to avoid Perrie. His damnedest. He had to admit, he was proud of her because during the times he did notice her, she was trying to avoid him and he knew how hard it was on her. They had a brief encounter the other day while he was out in his car but it didn't last long, more people were filling the parking lot and the last thing he wanted was the two of the being anywhere around each other getting back to her parents, so he had abruptly left.
To be honest, it was kind of rude how he did it. But he didn't mean for it to be taken the way it could have been! He was just really fucking paranoid. REALLY paranoid. He didn't want her parents knowing anything. But how he reacted had rested on his mind and the look on her face really got out to him. He wanted to see her! He did! But he was so scared of her parents...
After some time past, which was a few days, it was now the weekend. Saturday to be in fact. He called up to the restaurant she worked at and had asked if Perrie worked today, they weren't about to tell him until he said that he had her waiting his table the last time he was there and if she was there, then that meant they'd get his business again. That got him an answer, yes. She did work. Which.. was something they needed to work on, honestly. You couldn't rat out people that worked there over a compliment. What if he had been meaning ill will toward her?
Either way, he thanked them and hung up the phone. He grabbed the keys to his car, yes, his car. He worked a deal out with Mr. Young that for a loan to fix his father's car, he'd work the loan off in construction work when he started fixing up the Trailer park. He gave his father the money to fix the car and he decided to buy a new one instead and gave the car that had been damaged to Camden.
It was nice out, so he rolled the windows down and enjoyed the cool wind that filled the car, flowing through his hair. He finally made it to his destination and he got out, first scanning the parking lot to see any of Mr. Reyes vehicles or Mrs. Reyes either to be exact. Seeing nothing there, caused him to breathe a sigh of relief as he entered the establishment.
How many? "Two please." He said to the hostess who collected two menus and left him back to where the tables were. He sat down and opened the menu, fiddling with it as he looked it over. Hearing his name, he looked up at Perrie and smiled at her. "Hey." He said, sitting the menu down. "Look, about the other day, I'm sorry. I was just paranoid and I wanted to get out as fast as I could." She wanted to take his order?
"Um.. a glass of water for right now. I'm waiting on someone to have lunch with." He smiled. "So what time do you go on lunch? I got a table big enough for the two of us." He shrugged. "I figured we could talk."
