"Listen to me. I'm not worth losing your family over. This is ridiculous and I'm not saying it to side with them or anyone else, because quite frankly, I like your family about as much as I'd like a hole in the head, but you are being a brat. You're right, I have known you for years and in our time of knowing each other, I never known you to be grounded before. I never known you to have any problems. I've always known you to be happy go lucky, daddy's little princess, everything in Perrie's world was perfect. But then we mess up. Then you get grounded. Then you get yelled at and suddenly it's been brewing all along? You've just been a ticking time bomb ready to go off over any given reason, are you serious?" He asked. "I mean seriously, are you fucking serious?"
"You're ruining everything because of me. I'm not worth it. You need to be with your family. You need to shut up and take your punishment and realize everything isn't when and how you want it. What happens when we have our first real fight? Huh? Will that also be a moment where everything's been brewing because I didn't make you happy?"
"And the only reason I got out to go to this dinner, is because I'm meeting Emma's parents and their attorney. So I kind of have to be here, if it wasn't for that though? I'd be stuck in my room until Monday when I can go back to school, then I come straight home, go back in my room until my dad thinks of a job I can do to help pay for the car. Just..." He laughed, but it wasn't an amused one.
"I don't even know what to tell you or what to even say to you. I just want to shake you and tell you to take the punishment like a big girl and deal with it. You know what else was public? You and your dad talking. Before he was told you were going behind his back, which he has EVERY right to be pissed off about, but you were fine with him. You wanted daddy back, you got daddy back. Hell, he was going to buy you Air Jordans for making a basket! And you're telling me you really had it that bad, that you just HAD to walk away from your family? Really? Just... Just do your job, Perrie." He said, waving her off. "Since I'm the cause of everything else, I don't want to be the cause of you losing your job that you so much desperately need now to survive."
