A loving family was something Emma never had the chance to experience, but none of that mattered anymore to her. No, Emma was getting the chance though to feel what it felt like to have someone who cared for her. Neal was giving her things that she never thought she would ever feel and that was the feeling of being wanted, loved, and cared for. He was the Clyde to her Bonnie in a sense. Probably not the best way to make a living, but they got by and she was happy for once in her life. The two were going to be together forever even if it had to be in Canada because of him being wanted. In Emma’s mind, she didn’t care as long as she was with Neal. Emma was leaning against the wall in the place that they were to meet, closing her eyes for a brief moment and when her eyes opened she found herself not only in a different place but in a different position. Why was she lying down? Better question was how did she get here? Emma looked scared as she moved off the bed since she couldn’t figure out how she went from a parking garage to this room. Standing up, she looked around ready to hurt whoever took her from where she had been. Neal was going to think she bailed on him and leave her behind. That thought scared her more than anything since she loved the man. Glancing down, she looked confused at the clothes and saw the leather jacket on a chair which got her even more confused. This didn’t look like the type of clothes that she normally wore and the leather jacket seemed like something that Neal would wear until she moved over to look at it and saw it was a woman’s. Emma never saw this one before so where did it come from? Shaking her head, she turned around to see the bed that she had just been on. A bunk bed? Was Neal being funny? No, this wasn’t his type of humor so who put her here and how did she get back to him? Emma then saw herself in the mirror and couldn’t help but smile at the necklace that she had on. She didn’t remember making this into a necklace, but she probably wanted the gift from Neal to be close to her. Pulling her light blonde hair into a ponytail, she decided to leave the room to go on the hunt for some answers or even Neal. Maybe he was here with the money so they could run away and be together. The view outside was disturbing but she would deal with that after she dealt with the whole finding Neal. “Neal? Get your ass out here!” She called out each time she entered into a new car, but she had no luck. Finding herself in a huge kitchen was when she decided to stop her search for the time being as she heard her stomach grumbling. Moving over to the fridge, she opened the door as her hand went up to play with her necklace without even thinking about it while trying to find some food to eat. |
