She'd noticed his name missing when she'd gone to collect him for dinner. While she didn't think he would have moved voluntarily, it was possible the train had simply ... misplaced his name. So she turned to take a casual stroll through the other sleeper cars. Not only was his name missing, she realized, but several others were gone as well. It seemed as though the train was ejecting its passengers left and right, and she wondered if she'd be among them. Perhaps the next wave. Given what was going on on the train right now, she wasn't sure she'd protest being thrust back into the rebellion. With her arms crossed over her chest, Ice concluded her perusal of the remaining cars. Gale's name was no where to be found. Apparently too, the Mockingjay was gone again, though Ice did notice her sister's name was still present. Perhaps the train was simply set on breaking up people who were close to one another. Or maybe it was as random as everything else about this place was. Continuing down the hall, Ice paused in front of her room. She rested her hand on the door before she decided she wasn't yet prepared to go inside. His things would still be there -- everything save what he arrived with -- and she wasn't prepared yet to deal with moving the few things he'd gathered elsewhere. It wasn't as though there was a plethora of people clamoring for things they needed to use. At the rate things were going, Ice was of the mind the train would be empty long before the supposed rescue ever happened. Strolling down the corridor, her arms still wrapped around herself, Ice tried to figure out what she wanted to do. She had so few friends, and she didn't want to bother Ray -- she was sure he had his hands full with Jaime during these particular ... events. So she'd keep it to herself and just ... cope. What else could she really do? Knowing it was risky to wander alone, she did anyway. She passed the blonde woman with the silver badger, offering her a nod in passing, and she realized if they were still patrolling ... she'd be fine. At least for the moment. |
