WHO: Nico di Angelo and OPEN WHERE: Observation Car WHAT: Getting drunk off of plants WHEN: Friday night WARNINGS: Low STATUS: Open/Ongoing
Nico was not the most social person in the world. In fact, he really preferred to keep to himself most of the time. It was just easier, especially for a son of Hades. Sure, the world accepted him for the most part - but from a distance. They were glad for his help when he was necessary, but it wasn't like they really wanted him living next door. He knew that, and he rarely pushed his welcome unless it was really important. Being alone was just fine. It gave him more time to think, and nobody criticized him for being moody or creepy when there was nobody there.
Nico had seen the posts on the network about the plants, but they didn't bother him much. He wasn't the kind of kid who freaked out over stuff like that - if he was, he wouldn't have made it as far as he had. So he was out on his own tonight, wandering the train, eavesdropping where he could and disappearing in the shadows when he needed to stay unnoticed.
Coming into the observation car, though, he found it blissfully empty. He also found the car covered in strange, grapey vines. Oh well. They didn't look too dangerous. His hands in his pockets, Nico took a few steps, only to find himself hugely off-balance. In fact, he almost fell on his face. Which was...really frigging hilarious He'd almost fallen on his face! He began to giggle, covering his mouth with his hand to no avail. What in the name of the gods...ha, screw it, he didn't know, but it sure felt good. Well, mostly. He felt a little sick to his stomach too, but really, who freaking cared? He grinned, then burst out laughing, staggering towards the chairs in the middle. Why was wrong with him? Why couldn't he walk? His knees felt like jelly, and his head felt foggy, but it felt...awesome. Was he drunk? It felt like how other people had described it, not that he'd ever been drunk himself. He shook his head, throwing himself in the chair rather awkwardly and bursting out into giggles again, although he wasn't quite sure why.
