There’d been something kind of fun about the lack of gravity, at least for a while. Then it kind of got old when he wanted to just … chill. There were safe places, sure. The bathrooms. The back car. But who the hell wanted to camp out in a bathroom? At least it hadn’t lasted long. Though given the nature of the train, he didn’t think a day and a half was enough, so he completely expected to be revisited by an absence of gravity. Hopefully not while he was trying to eat. Or sleep. Or … well, other things. He grinned a little at the idea of other things, and he was kind of pleased with his current rooming arrangement. Granted, he figured he should take advantage of the gravity while they had it, to wander the train and inspect the damage. Maybe gather up some food to stash in their room in case they couldn’t get to the kitchens without Herculean efforts later. Calling to Marvel that he was going to go do that, Tris ambled out of the room and into the corridor. If he was lucky, the gravity would hold until he’d snagged his snacks. He guessed he’d see. |
