Emma wasn’t sure if it was considered selfish that she was happy the people she cared about were still on the train. Henry was the most important one as she didn’t want to lose that boy and she didn’t think she could take that loss if the train sent him back, her parents since she wanted to get to know them even if she wasn’t showing it, and the huntsman since she was able to feel something that she hadn’t felt before and back home he was dead so she only had the train to be with him. Emma also knew she wasn’t doing the best at showing all this to anyone expect Henry on her feelings because of her fears and how she learned to keep a wall up for her own protection. When she heard about all these people being sent home, she actually found herself worried that people from her world might have been sent back. Only person she would be happy to see gone was Regina, but of course the train kept her around. Emma figured once the train started moving again, she would talk to the huntsman about sharing a room since she realized that he could vanish tomorrow and she didn’t want him to think she didn’t like him. No, she would do it….maybe. Emma hoped she could, but it was something she had never done before. For now though, she was going to enjoy the rest of her time in China. Between taking Henry shopping for some clothes, shopping for the train, and wondering the streets, she rarely found herself on the train expect to sleep. Today, she wanted to do some shopping for herself. Emma had stopped at a bookstore that she found had some English books and picked up what she wanted which were some books that dealt with her problem or one of them anyways. It was a few different books on getting custody back, but she wasn’t even sure if the books would be able to help. Never hurt to look them over, right? While in a clothing store, she found a cute red dress that she ended up buying for herself. Emma wasn’t sure if she would ever find a reason to wear it, but hey, she had something nice. Though the rest of her clothes were more normal for her with her buying jeans, tops, and a new pair of boots plus some things for the train. Exiting out of the store, she started walking once again and glancing in the windows of the stores she passed to see if she found one that she wanted to enter into. Emma had decided to keep close to the stores so she could look without the worry of running into people or at least she hoped that she wouldn’t have to worry about that. |
