"Of course," he agreed with a small smile, her words alone reinforcing his delight that his Marian was back. He would always love that attitude of hers, even when she was directing it at him.
"I'm not going anywhere," he promised. He just had to decide on a topic that wasn't going to get her worked up. He wanted her relaxed, calm. "When you were here before, the train stopped for a while at resort. It was amazing, Marian, you would have loved it. Did love it. We were able to go shopping, and swimming..." He trailed off.
