Characters: The Doctor and Sherlock Holmes When: Friday around lunch time Location: Touring Car Warning/Ratings: Overuse of intellect? Too much talking? Summary: The Doctor and Holmes decide to put their clues together. This should be fun... Status: Closed | In Progress
The Doctor moved into the touring car with the expectations of meeting Holmes. He wasn't as chipper as usual, with the loss of Amy having been a rather heavy blow for The Doctor. Still, he hadn't even known she was on this train, and he still held hope that somehow he could fix this. He could help her, if he could solve the riddle of these murders, and find his TARDIS, he could still save her--he had to. It was vital. He put too many lives at risk, and it tore him up inside as it usually did anytime he stopped to actually think of his selfish nature. Rose, Martha, Donna, Rory, and now Amy; all of them had normal lives, possibly even great lives, long before he mubbled it all up.
Still, there was a renewed vigor in The Doctor; he had brilliant and smart minds all over this train, and that he was grateful for, especially when one of them was a remarkable genius like Sherlock Holmes. The detective's abilities would only prove more than useful for the Doctor, and so it was likely that with the crew on this vessel, they were going to solve this case sooner rather than later.
Never the less, as the Doctor moved into the touring car; he began to look about, attempting to decide which one would be best suited, and as he twisted himself about in the aisle, he finally settled on one and slipped inside. He pulled out his sonic screwdriver, and then Rose's phone, which was also now laden with a tiny spring, and a ring: thingamabob is what he named it, and it was appropriate he figured. He sat down and waited, lacing his fingers together while he immediately drifted his thoughts to how to save this train. All of his thoughts going about a mile a minute.
