The first thought that came to Buffy’s mind when she heard about zombies and demon zombies was that mask her mother had in their house causing the dead to come back to life. Only the sight of the area had her thinking that it wasn’t the same issue. She felt a bit more at home with supernatural creatures running around expect it was zombies instead of the normal type that she was usually dealing with. People seemed to be heading off with various amounts of guns, which really wasn’t Buffy’s way of fighting. Maybe it was because the creatures she fought didn’t go down with guns, but she figured that she might as well take her scythe out to play. Her weapon had been hanging out off to the side since she arrived on the train cause she had no use for it. Last time the thing saw any action was back home during the battle against the first and the vampires causing her to figure maybe she should take it with her. Pulling her blonde hair up into a ponytail, she left her room and exited the train in the front with a pair of jeans, tank top, and a piece of the train in her back pocket with the scythe in her right hand. Biting her bottom lip, she tried to decide which way she wanted to go before heading off to her left with hopes of finding some things to kill while maybe gathering some stuff for the train. Plus she had a competition to now worry about because she wanted to win the whole thing just for the hell of it. How amusing would it be to come in half way through and crush the numbers of whoever was in the game? Quite so Buffy figured it was something to do while out on the supply run. Not that far from the train she saw a lone zombie, moving up behind it as she used the scythe to take the head right off with one swing then slicing the head in half once it was on the ground. Piece of cake and the weapon combine with her strength made it seem like she was just cutting a piece of fruit from how the head went off. While dealing with the head, she kept her senses up so no one could sneak up on her and that was when she felt the presence of someone nearby. She listened before realizing they were behind her causing her to turn quickly to see who was coming this way. |
