The Doctor marched down the corridors, ignoring any onlookers, not that there really were any; most didn't know who he was, or if they did they didn't seem to care. Fact was, it seemed that anyone that was out of their rooms was a rarity at the moment, probably due to that hole murder thing. Still, the Doctor didn't care one way or another, he had a plan and it was now in motion.
He wasn't sure what was going on, didn't know who all was involved; what he did know, was that he was without a TARDIS, he was stranded without any companions, there were murders going around on a train that was deemed a 'runaway' which, in his mind, meant it was out of control; which also meant that they were trapped. He didn't like traps, traps meant things were out of his control. So, he was about to change that.
As he marched, he quickly adjusted his tweed jacket, tightened his bowtie, and then marched straight into the 'touring' car, looking around for only a few sparse moments, before quickly making his way towards the windows around the car. Already his screwdriver was coming out of his pocket, and he flipped it in hand before bringing it towards the edge of each window, and let the device extend, the prongs opening, and the green light erupting as he began to scan it along the outer edges of the window. He began to do this with each window, looking around the room, before spinning with a thoughtful look on his face, looking around the room.
He began to scan corners, and lights, continuing to check his readings as he moved. He knew that the girl had plans on using this car later for a large gathering, and that was more than understandable, but right now he wanted to make sure this place was thoroughly scanned, and this seemed to be the meeting place; which was the reason he mentioned it to the few he'd asked to meet him.
