Simon's brows elevated as he listened to her suggest just about every possible answer to his question without actually defining how he might maybe possibly probably definitely probably not maybe be able to assist her. "All right," he said as he watched her curiously for a moment. He wasn't going to push, however. If she did want something and wasn't comfortable coming out with it up front, he didn't want to scare her off.
