Summary: Prim wants to see if she can see a reality hop happen
Status: Open, ongoing
There had been an announcement that tonight was probably the night they were leaving. Since there weren't any clocks she knew of, she didn't know when, exactly, it was going to happen. But Prim wanted to see if she could see it happen. She didn't know where they'd be going, if it would be somewhere scary, or back underwater, or somewhere else they'd been before, but if she could just watch how it happened, that would be enough to sate her curiosity. After dinner was over, Prim carried her tablet to the observation car. That would be the best place to watch it happen, and as she looked around, she realized she wasn't the only one who'd had that idea. Settling into one of the seats at a slight angle so she could watch out the big windows, she rested her tablet across her lap. She didn't check the network as often as she probably should, mostly because it was sometimes hard to keep up with all the comments, and very little of it ever pertained to her. She'd watched it more carefully when the tracker jackers had been on the train, but only in case one of the doctors had needed her to come to the infirmary. Her bright blue eyes lingered on the town, and she wondered how it was going to happen. Was the train going to move through the town and then to the new place? Or was there going to be some sort of bump or flash or something like that when it happened? She had no idea, and she was very eager to find out. Unwilling to distract herself in case it happened quickly (and soon!) Prim left her tablet off and dark across her lap as she just watched the town, and the few people that were still heading toward the train to board before it left. As the sun began to set, Prim's eyes brightened as she watched eager, certain it would happen soon. Any minute now ... surely! |
