When Lana called him a freak, Kur saw red. That specific word brought back bad memories of being teased at school, and he went into a flurry of action, jumping up and kicking at every part of Lana he could reach, mainly her legs and stomach. When he came back to himself, fury momentarily spent, he shook his head at her.
“No.” Kur pasted his smile back on, tossing the halves of Lana’s wand aside. “Why would I ruin my fun by killing you quickly?”
Back on his knees, he took out a knife and started to cut off her clothing. The knife was one he used for carving animals for pieces, so it was very sharp, and he wasn’t careful, nicking Lana in several spots. “There. So much better.”
