TITLE: Stop the S-Stuttering TIME/DAY: June 17th; Evening TAKES PLACE AFTER: Everything So Far CHARACTERS: Kale; OTA WARNINGS: Defaults
Kale tucked his hands into his pockets as he walked downtown wearing a long coat and a fedora. He liked pretending he was going 'incognito'; that people were tracking him and he had so long before the bomb within his chest exploded and took his life. He smiled briefly to himself as he moved past a crowd of people and blindly played with his wedding ring. Some part of him thought it to be...too much for him. Married. He'd promised himself once that marriage was the last thing on his mind. First thing was complete overtaking of the world and letting Han Solo lead every single army in the country.
Though he doubted the logic in that plan so it was scrapped for something more realistic. Work and Jack. He grinned softly before glancing down at the wedding ring before avoiding bumping into someone. He'd learnt from his mistakes...bumping into people was wrong. You never know when they'd snap and break you arm. He held out his arm for a moment, giving a small smile before rolling his shoulder a bit and moving his wrist. He hadn't been to the Hub for a long while now, some part of him missed it. Not this Hub obviously but in the future where he could understand everything. Everything was in it's place and he wasn't going mental when he couldn't get the coffee machine to make tea.
"...I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts, diddly dee dee." He muttered quietly, grinning widely to himself. He could make this into a nice evening. He knew he could. Maybe even pick up fresh fish and bring it back to Jack so they could have a nice dinner. But for now it was wondering aimlessly for hin.
