TITLE: High Aces TIME/DAY: 1.25.2008 19:49 (7:50p)and to 1.28.08 TAKES PLACE: Some where in Cardiff (not in the water this time)
The Doctor dove back in the Cardiff River. He didn’t believe the TARDIS actually landed in Cardiff. It’s the exact proper location for the TARDIS to get refuel. He wished he knew he was there.
This time he knew how to swim in his scuba gear. He swam, swam for a bit until he found it. It wasn’t all that easy for him. He pushed the TARDIS doors open and forced himself in the air bubble that the TARDIS protected itself.
He removed the face mask and pushed the hood off. “CARDIFF! We are landed in CARDIFF! You’ll be fine!” The Doctor quickly unbuckled the air tanks and allowed them to fall to the floor.
Forgetting, the fins on his feet he fell forward and landed hard. He rolled his brown eyes. He quickly kicked his web feet off. He barefooted to the controls and quickly pulled a switch here and there. He looked up. “Poweeeeeeeeeriiiiing up!”
Sweet sounds of the TARDIS humming up into life. The drumming had stopped. She’s not gonna die on the Doctor. He had allowed her to warm up.
With all that as the good news for the Doctor, he rushed back to the equipment room to dry and change.
A few minutes later, he had his brown suit on, and his lucky long coat on. Oh, he even sported red converse on his feet. He quickly checked himself in the mirror. “Hello, ello back to you too!” He smiled to himself and gave his reflection a quick wink. He fixed his brown hair with his fingers.
Than, he was back to the controls, “Gotta get out of here,” he said, licking his lips.
Dancing around the TARDIS’ controls, the Doctor pushed that button, pressing a green button here and it got stuck. He gave it a hard slap. It went into action. He quickly pulled the shields up for the travel. “Now, off we go!” He said as he twirled a half a golden ball on his main controls. The TARDIS pulsed beautiful in power. The TARDIS started to travel and than, again it jerked with what seem to be a hiccup for the TARDIS and with the Doctor being thrown back away from the controls.
“Excuse me,” he said. He slowly got off his back and slowly stood up.
Checking the controls to see where he was. “WHAT!?” He was still in Cardiff.
The Doctor jumped to conclusions. TORCHWOOD! What did they do now! He figured they had attempted to get the Dr. For what? Why? Can they like care themselves? Silly, apes they are.
He had to investigate this. He quickly put the camera screen on to see if he was on land. He was land not in water. Well, that’s a start. It looked like Cardiff that he knew.
He got to the doors, opened one, “WHAT!” he said, when he saw a very, very, very familiar face looking back at him. He slammed the door on the girl’s face.
How did she get here?
He went back to open the door. She was still there. He slammed the door back in her face. He had his eyebrows messed up in a very, very Doctor puzzled look. He tried to ponder the odds of her being here.
The Doctor smiled to crazily to himself, he was actually impressed that she had found her way here. He quickly opened the door, “Hya Ace, how’re you? Blowing universes up, lately? Or is that planets? No? Civilizations? Cities? Oh, you do know I think you ought stop doing that,” he said, winking at her. “Oh, yea,” he reached out an attempt to tweak her nose like his 7th regeneration was known to do.
