Hopper looked up at the woman. She seemed...capable. He felt like he was a pretty good judge of character, and his first impression of her was that she was someone he didn't want to mess with. Not that he was going to mess with her. He wasn't that kind of guy.
"What the hell just happened?" he asked, confusion sincere in his tone. He got to his feet, lumbering a bit because he wasn't exactly a spring chicken. He also wasn't terribly active, on a normal day. He could hold his own in the Upside Down, but ten minutes at the gym would have been nine and a half minutes too long.
