Nodding, Wick agreed silently. Trust had to start somewhere. There were too many variables and speculation to waste their time.
"I think I'm content with what I've found, so no need to keep looking around." John didn't want to see if there were anymore 'perks' to finding out information. At least not for today. He'd need something more than just his suit to confine his body warmth if he were to 'hunker down' and stop moving in the cold. Maybe that fancy drapery could be useful.
"The room I was in is nothing but cot, bad for the back and warm it is not. We would all be warmer if we were to huddle but I don't think they'd like the idea of a cuddle." And John wouldn't trust anyone not to try anything just yet either.
