He watched her, endlessly curious about her very human responses to things. Watching her react to the cold was a reminder of why she had wanted to turn down her pain sensors, and he felt a wave of guilt at ever trying to discourage that. Connor didn't feel pain himself, or hadn't as far as he knew, but he'd seen androids react like they might feel it, and he'd wondered if it was another unknown symptom of deviancy he hadn't gained quite yet.
Connor's gaze shifted from troubled to amused again though as he continued to watch her, holding his hand out to take the offered worm. "They're interesting," he agreed, looking at the fish around them. And when he realized she was teasing him, he grinned at that. "Oh but you joined me in the water, does that make you a weird creature as well?"
