Madison looked at Barbara, tears streaking her face. 'What did Dean tell you?' she asked. She was scared, terrified was the correct term. She didn't know what to think or how to feel. Tears just slid down her face and she couldn't stop them. Everything seemed too normal for her to be a bout of hormones, since since day one, she hadn't had the raging hormonal pregnant lady curse upon her. She could justify these tears and could even if she wasn't pregnant. That kind of really nixed the hormone theory for her.
She looked off as if into the distance, trying to force down a fresh wave of tears. They were coming hard and fast, bubbling deep within her. Sobs jammed up her throat and she trembled a little. The questions of what she did wrong kept running through her head. She didn't know what to do know. As if subconsciously, she rested her hand over her belly. She didn't want to think on anything, but she was already being bombarded with thoughts, most she wanted to be rid of already.
