It didn't take a genius to guess what was meant by those words, and Michael wondered if perhaps he was offering help to the wrong person - though judging by the way the man on the ground had not moved in all this time he suspected there was very little to be done for him. He once again reconsidered whether or not he ought to be here offering help at all.
However, when the man agreed, told him he did in fact need help - Michael couldn't simply turn and leave. He stepped closer again, to get a better look at them both in the dark, glad at least on this occasion for his heightened senses, the better look he had at them both - at the amount of blood that had been spilled there on the pavement from whatever had happened. And apart from the blood there was of course the skin, eyes, and hair to consider. Michael had never seen a being such as this.
"No, if a vampire happened upon you I think they would have many other things in mind for you other than offering assistance." He agreed as he continued to approach offering a hand to the man who still knelt on the ground. "Can you stand?" He asked as held out his hand to help him up. Once he got an idea of any injuries he might have had Michael could get a better idea of how to help.
