At least he wasn't asked to explain further, Michael wasn't sure he could actually get into the many and varied reasons why he chose to live the way he did. Not with someone like Atreus, someone who likely wouldn't understand. Hell even most weres wouldn't understand, he could hardly expect a fae to be able to grasp why it was he'd try so hard to live as a human. Their many faults included.
"Ah." Well he supposed that was better than trying to check his appearance, because no matter how much blood Michael could clean off he doubted very much there would be anything to be done for just how worn down Atreus looked now. Michael stood as well when Atreus got to his feet one hand out behind the other man's back just in case he wasn't steady on his feet.
"It's right over here." He said with a nod of his head and walking in the direction of the bathroom pointing Atreus inside. He was curious why he needed the mirror but he wasn't going to stick around and watch, he did have some scruples after all. Instead he could work on cleaning up the bloodied mess that getting Atreus clean and bandaged had created.
