His hand on her body, the looks on his facce...all of it drove her to a place she had never truly been. She knew so little about him, but her heart was rtefusing to listen to her.
Each movment, each thrust, each panted breath, each moan, it all filled her, and then shattered her into a million pieces. As if her body could sense his climax her came swiftly, cresting at the exact moment his did. She cried out loudly this time, everything a while in her, a tide she couldn't stop.
Her eyes met his and at that exact moment she knew the depth of emotion that was so swiftly growing for this man she knew nothing truly about. Her entire body shook almost violently as she came down from the high of climax and she felt tears fill her eyes. Immediately she leaned down and buried her face in the crook of his shoulder, closing her eyes tightly.
This couldn't be happening. This wasn't some fairy tale romace, some Shakespearen play. This was real life. You didn't start falling in love with someone you barely knew. It wasn't real. Life just didn't work that way.
But try as she might, the feelings swelled against her will. Savannah's lower lipped trembled and a few tears leaked out, falling onto his shoulder as her chest clenched.
He would never feel like this for her. Savannah was a realist in that way. He was older, more experienced. She was just a young girl. A young, and apparently very stupid girl. And at the end of these four years she would go home, alone.
