At least it seems like nonsense but upon closer inspection he's speaking dirty--asking if Kaworu likes it, asking what he wants, telling him what </i>he's going to do</i>. This isn't normal for Axel, but in this case he feels a need for a change. He's stubborn, this one, so he'll need to crack him open one bit at a time.
