"Hey," she said swiftly, raising her palm toward him in a 'stop' sign. "A solid reputation has many perks. Most of the irritating first years stay away from me. That perk alone is enough to keep my personal life private." Stella was stubborn enough that she wasn't going to let this go, but Aaron was right. Her reputation was a result of her keeping people away, which was a carefully calculated plan, but perhaps it was time for a new one. Aaron was busy sometimes and it was often glaringly obvious that she was rather alone without him. Not just alone, either: quite lonely in fact.
After a moment of thought, she added quietly, "Though I suppose if they don't know who I am, it doesn't matter." Stella wasn't keen on qualifiers, but her friendship was more important than being right. A thought struck her and Stella visibly perked up. "I could actually make it quite fun I suppose." Lies always made things more fun.
The lewdness of Aaron's comment did not even occur to Stella until Aaron made it almost impossible not to notice. Stella raised her eyebrows at his fake cough, not at all convinced. "Well," she said curtly, shrugging her eyebrows at him, "you could always offer her a bit smaller ride." Aaron and Stella had found themselves in many uncomfortable situations brought about by sexual innuendos, and Stella had no intention of letting this one go by. Aaron had a propensity toward turning red which made her laugh, after all.
"Well, on your logic, even if they were, it wouldn't matter. Right? All anonymous. I think I'll tell my pen pal that I like to kill chickens in my spare time. Not even ritually. Just for sport. I don't even eat them." Sometimes, she got a little out of hand.
