He was right about that one. But Sienna wouldn't give him that satisfaction. "Good thing I know where to get it." What? Ok, so it was hardly her best line. But she hoped that the slow-blink she did on it would leave enough mystery between parchment and procreative activities.
"Don't blame the customers for a bad sales pitch!" she chimed in, hoping for some of her compatriots to laugh with her. But they had since retreated into the corner of the compartment and were discussing new fashion and had left Sienna to her own devices. As she watched him about to leave, a strange feeling rose and she couldn't quite place it. But she knew she didn't want him to leave.
"I'm always interested, Li, but I'm upset that after all these years I don't get a discount. Or do I?" And she smiled sweetly once again in a very playful manner. Maybe she still had him, who knows...
