Lucifer ([info]ungelic) wrote in [info]entrywaythreads,
Lucifer began tapping at an irritatingly high note on the piano.

The Devil got to his feet, his head tipped to one side. John knew something about Michael, but that didn't bother him. It was Constantine trying to hold something over his head. From pinnacle to the pit, his crown may have been a little crooked, but he still commanded a certain level of respect. Lucifer took up his glass, putting his faith into a shot of illusion. He rolled his shoulders, his feathers ruffling behind him.

"Have you, Johnny?" He towered over him, his eyes hyperfocused on the scoundrel. "Arrogance is unbecoming, did you know that? Michael doesn't concern me here. I've no reason to toss the brown noser off his throne. I hope it gives him some small taste of what Daddy Dearest put me through."

His gaze swept over Constantine, his lips curving into a pleased smile. "You want another drink, Connie? Let's get another. See where the night takes us."
