"I suppose. Just glad you haven't had divorced parents over you," Lavender said with a slight curve of her lips. "That's not so much fun."
She supposed it meant a lot that her parents obviously had cared enough to argue when she'd been in the hospital, but it didn't help matters that Tallulah had been so badly hurt by the curse. Hopefully she would be back home in a few days, but Lavender was so sure about her mental health right now. Tallulah was barely talking; Lavender thought it was as though her voice had been scared away.
"Can I get you anything?" she asked. "I don't... I don't think I want to stay still for too long just yet. Want to keep busy."
